Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated total delivery time = processing time + transit time. Standard: processing 1–3 business days + transit 5–7 business days (total 6–10 business days). Expedited: processing 0–1 business days + transit 3–5 business days (total 3–6 business days). Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. You pay no shipping fees at checkout for standard delivery, ever.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Outbound shipping to US addresses is free and inclusive. For any international orders (outside the US), import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in your destination country are not included and may be charged by local authorities. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment at no additional shipping cost.

Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no additional cost.

Lost or Severely Delayed Parcels

If your package appears lost or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@habokebackdrop.com. We will open a carrier investigation and assist with a free replacement or full refund in line with our policies.

1. What We Accept

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. Whether your backdrop arrived with a manufacturing flaw, or you simply changed your mind after trying it out, you are welcome to initiate a return.

2. Item Condition

We accept returns for items in new or gently used condition. Unlike many retailers, we understand that you may need to unbox and briefly test a photography backdrop to evaluate its color, texture, and performance. Gently used backdrops — those that have been handled, unfolded, or lightly tested but remain free of permanent stains, tears, or alterations — are fully eligible for return. We simply ask that the item is returned in reasonable condition with its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

3. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange request.

4. How to Initiate a Return

• Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@habokebackdrop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Step 2: Once approved, our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
• Step 3: Print the label, pack the item securely, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

Important: Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Fees

Haboke Backdrops provides free return shipping on all eligible returns — whether the return is due to a defect, damage, incorrect item, or a non-defective reason such as changing your mind or selecting the wrong size.

We will email you a prepaid return label once your return request is approved. You will never be charged return shipping fees or restocking fees.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the backdrop arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@habokebackdrop.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

8. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank policies.
